Helpful employees

I have not always had the best experience when dealing with Vodacom (don't send them emails, they will NEVER reply), but I spoke to two of the most helpful people today who I cannot thank enough. One was a lady named Nomsa who kept calling me back to check if I had spoken to the relevant department and if she could do anything else to help me, and another was happy, helpful man in the cancellations department who made me smile. I wish I caught his name. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
