Help with my cellphone

Hi Guys

I recently recieved a cellphone on contract from you for my neice. Now She inserted the sim wrong and its stuck to deep to be pulled out.

I went to vodashop rapair in PMB to get assistance and because the phone was not activated the lady said i should bring it back so that she could book it and she indicated that there might be cost implications.

So i collected my invoice and went back and the another lady assisting me would not take it in. I explained that to her that I didnt mind if there were cost implications attached but she just did not want to attend to my matter.

So now here i am confused and needing direction.

Good Day Vodacom

I have been struggling for 2months with this issue but finally thanks to Eugene a customer care consultant I was assisted. My phone will be collected from by you guys.

However although Eugene did his best long story short I would after some thought since the phone has been discontinued the phone i currently have (sony xperia x), we cannot xchange it. I therefore would like to know if there is a way to extract the stuck sim card before i officially give you guys back my 2 phones. The reason is i got them via your promotion in November and the contract deal was a great deal and looking for another deal is just to much of a hassle.

Ive tried to take it to vodacare in pmb a few times and eventually they told me the problem was they could not match the IMEI no with a warrenty and therefore cannot take it in for repairs.

Please assist with an alternative if possible

Kind Regards

Nkululeko
