Help options from HELL!
I have a few number with Vodacom and trying to use their app is a joke, and then the call center what a Joke!
I cancelled one of my contracts and the service I got was shocking!
And this morning I have been been on the phone for 45 mins trying to talk to someone!
And the service is looped so you dont talk to anyone!
The service I have with Telkom for my business line is 1000% better... maybe its time I change!
