Help me to be free from vodacom jail

My name its being destroyed by this company I have paid off my account last year September but it is still showing as If I a bad payer by missing payment at the paid off account of vodacom . I need help an advice because I have a paid up latter but I'm still classified as a bad payer on the fully paid account
