HELP ME PLEASE

GIVING OUT MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION AT BRANCHES TO OTHER PEOPLE

I have a few contracts with you.

two of your branches is giving out my account information, Mookgophong and Modimolle.

mookgophong branch even told someone i am in arrears with the amount that needs to be deducted on 1st of March? This is breach of privacy and contract. They give out this type of information without even contacting me and asking if they can give this information to this person? This situation caused one big family fight because when I phone vodacom they give me one answer and when the person using the number phones vodacom they give them another answer?

This is against the law to give my account information to anyone without power of attorney or my knowledge?? Why is this being done??

I want answers or i will be contacting the media and i will put it on social media i have been complaining regarding this number since last year, airtime that is missing and data that is used there is so many things.

how can i trust a company that tells other people that I am in arrears and this is my balance and that type of information? they are suppose to verify me?
