help ! help! help

Hellopeter please help me get my money back from vodacom. After the report I sent to you...one consultant, name, Robbin Morris contacted me and said I must fax an affidavit and my id copy and they will reverse my money back...I dd.but up until today nothing has happened. Co call. No money back....I cannot call the ***** direct, I must via the call centre , and hold again for long before one of them answer and ask me all the security questions thenI must start all over again and relate my story from the beginning just to get an answer that says one of their consultant will contact me within 24hrs. ?..Im really tired of this....please please help me...I dont know what to do next.
