Help center can't help

<p>We just bought a wireless router with 3GB of data. The data has been depleted in 2 days even though we only openend emails and did the occasional browsing. We are getting messages addressed to a Mr. Roomnaryn. We called the help center only to be told that they cannot help us. Wow. Speechless. What a joke. We will cancel all our contract if this is not resolved within the next 24hours starting NOW</p>
