Help After A Month

I bought a new smart phone from Vodacom, primarily for phone calls and data speed. The phone missed calls, and never went on 4g network. So I took it to lakeside which is where i bought it, and they couldnt help this was followed by more visits to about 4 more shops including vodaworld where the phone board was changed. Regardless the problem continued. This morning i skeptically took it to a vodashop, i explained to the lady what thr problem was, about 5 minutes later i went out of the shop smiling.
