HELP !!!!!!!

Vodacom… absolutely pathetic, cannot get back to you, alter a contract to suit themselves. Switch off my vodamail email and I am waiting to see if they charge for the contract at the end of the month ….. they cannot charge for a service they are not providing … that is *****. After a week of phoning everyday I am no further to getting this matter sorted out, I am just getting more frustrated by the hour. Please, someone, HELP
