Help a cell c client

I went to Cell c Heidelberg to help me with my brabd new Sony experia from them. The lady just told me straight sorry she cant help me i need to give my phone in and they will send it away. Its going to take 3-6 weeks. I was furious as i know its not nessesary. My phone need a software upgrade, wich i also cant understand becourse its a brand new phone.<br> I left the branch furious and went into Vodacom Heidelberh. I explained to them that i am a cell c client and this is my problem. The two gentleman emediatly offer to help for 150-00. I paid it with a smile and in 1 hour i got my phone back in my hands and sorted out. Thank you so much vodacom. I wish i can just cancelled my contracts 3 of them at cell c wich i am with for 8 years and go over to you! But im sure they will have a story about that too so that it cant happen. Keep it up guys you are great. Cell c you suck!!!
