help

I want to buy out of my contract. i have phoned *** repeatedly and eventually managed to get through to a consultant. my details were taken down and i was told that Vodacom would phone me back within hours. this was on 11.04.2016!!! the Vodacom store (i will not divulge the location) told me that they experience the same shocking service from the call centre, so asking them for assistance would be of little or no help!!
