Help

Yesterday I went into vodacom because my blackberry 9720 was freezing, I then did a sim swop. I was told to later bring in my phone to be taken in for repairs. Today I went in twice they said that they would fix it , they did a factory setting and checked and told me that all was fine. I got home put sim card in, it went to blackberry terms and conditions and WONT get out of that , after taking battery out and rebouting 3 times. No joy. I now have to take it in again for the 4th time. This is totally unacceptable the phone isnt even 1 year old.
