Hello....Vodacom - Oh wait, no coverage

We have been battling for years to try and get better coverage in the Southern Paarl area. We operate a business and CANNOT have a phone conversation, ever. The signal is so **********, we have to get in the car and go and drive around looking for a stable connection.

We have contacted the customer care a good few times, but there's always "we'll escalate this", but sadly nothing ever comes from it. How do we get a technical person to actually come and see what's going on?
