Hellopeter response that they would phone but do not

<p>Yesterday I wrote a hellopeter review on the bad service I have received from vodacom. They rep**** within 1 hour that a consultant would phone. 24 hours later still no call from consultant and line still suspended.</p> <p> </p> <p>Vodacom will probably just reply with their standard "a consultant will phone in due course" to this also. Pathetic! Extremely bad service and arrogance from call center staff.</p> <p> </p>
