Hello Peter Reviews being ignored

So I've done a previous review on Hello Peter for an issue I had (26 September 2022). A consultant eventually called me back from Vodacom to say he would look into it - and that's where it stops. So yes, you respond to the Hello Peter reviews, but still NOTHING actually gets done about it. And the review gets closed off for further commenting. SORT THIS OUT VODACOM!!!!!
