Hello Peter please help on this complaint
I had a contract with Vodacom which was lapsing in December 2014 Vodacom then saw an opportunity to sell other service. A Vodacom representative contacted me regarding this Vodafone mobile WI-Fi- 60EC67 which was delivered on the 10 July 2014 by Ram Courier Company. After opening the package I realised that the device was not what I was looking for then it will not serve any purpose keeping it.

I immediately contacted Vodacom on numerous occasion to collect the device and they kept promising that they will collect the device however I have been back and forth with Vodacom. The device is still with me and I never used it even the simcard they never activated it since I requested them to collect it.

To my surprise after the contract which I had with Vodacom expired, Vodacom were still debiting my account. I then realized this was for the device that was supposed to be collected and stopped the debit order. I emailed them informing them of my actions and unfortunately with no response.
Now Vodacom have handed over my name to Transunions as a bad payer.
I request for your intervention and assistance in this matter as I believe that Vodacom is abusing me as the consumer.
