Hello?! Its me! Can someone please answer me.

Various calls, various precious minutes spent holding on to no avail. A query that has been referred to Supervisors, Managers, Escalation Managers have still not been answered. But wait there's more

On 2th Nov Called Vodacom regarding our upgrade. It would seemed that instead of deducting as is the the norm; the upgrade installments monthly, Vodacom decided to deduct the money as a once off. So our new upgrade reflected an arrears amount of R 5000 +! They will look into it and advise. 4th Nothing. Called again on 7th. Someone will call me back and the amount will "probably" be credited... PROBABLY?!?!?! Called again to follow up...Please stay on the line, then call gets dropped and I have to call again and explain the WHOLE situation from start again. On the 14th I was again advised, after I called, that I need to hold for a reference number as this query is being escalated. No reference number given, as call gets dropped when we get to this point.... So on the 16th I tried again, whereby I was advised to please be patient. Please hold for reference number...NOTHING. Phone today to follow up regarding the credit, a reference number, any possible progress, did get a surprise though...just not the one I wanted. The amount charged was 1) due to end of contract and 2) A further R 561.72 was added to the account..."as the accounts dept omitted to add VAT to the account" which was issued 1)incorrectly as a once off. 2) How can you only add the VAT 27 days later???AND HOW DO YO UPGRADE an "end of contract" account??!?!?!??!?!?!

Can someone please take ownership and please let me know what is going on. I dont have any reference numbers, everytime I call, I have to hold and repeat myself to the point of sounding like a stuck record, only for the call to be dropped? I was advised that the Once off amount taken will be credited into our account, yet everytime more figures are added, and the reasons change. This is seriously not on!
