Hello How Can I NOT Assist You

I have had the worst service ever with Vodacom-Online. I usually upgrade via their website and must say that I have never experienced the problems on the level that I do now. I upgraded on 9 January 2017 via the Vodacom website to an LG Stylus 2 - it did mentiont that due to the popularity of the phone there would be a delay in delivering the device. You would think a delay of maybe a week or two, but no. I called again at the beginning of February where the call agent told me that the phone is supposed to come with a smart cover (it was part of their promotional package) and that they are waiting for stock. After another month (I called them again towards the end of February), the call agent that was on the line told me that my order was cancelled - what the hell! I asked her who it as I was under the impression that the matter is being dealt with. Very conveniently she told me that she can't tell or doesn't know. She did however assist and within a week I received my device. As you can imagine I was very excited, just to realise when I opened the package (that was sealed by the way) to find that the pen was not included. My heart just sank. On 9 March (the day I received my device - exactly 3 months after I upgraded) I called Vodacom again where the call agent arranged for RAM couriers to pick up my device within 48 hours - they came exactly a week after I logged my call. He also then said that within a week I would receive my new device - it is now going on almost 2 weeks after they collected my phone. I did mention to him that I am really not happy with Vodacom's service delivery where I he then rep**** - Noted and put the phone down. I called again today just to be cut off by the call agent on the first call. I then called again - I just to find out when I can expect my device. I was basically not assisted and my 'case' was referred to another agent. I am at my wits end, beyond disappointed and mad as hell. What are you suppose to do if you can't get help or even assistance???
