Held hostage by Vodacom

I have been trying with no success to cancel my Vodacom rooter contract because their rooter does not work I have been sent to their store to return the rooter to have it repaired I get a new one every time and just like the old one it doesn’t work but I am paying for the service I am not receiving. 8 months of calls with the recent one marked as closed but I am still without a working rooter. I hate Voda with passion and the ******* service they give is not doing them any favours. To cancel I must pay R10000 for what I have no idea 🤷🏾♀️
