Held Hostage by Vodacom
Yesus! We haven’t had internet since January 28th. We’ve been calling every since, they promised to send a technician over (a technician that came twice before and internet still goes down) We wanted to cancel but they debited. Nothing ever happens. We feel like we’re held hostage. Escalating the matter is all they tell us
