Hefty Handset Installment fee & Shocking admin

I upgraded my phone June/July last year and was told about the fee I would need to pay off my contract which was coming to and end in November last year. This being understandable I agreed. I also had the contract put into my own name and off of my fathers name , presenting and signing all the required documents with my banking details etc - this still hasn’t been processed and was told the documents have been misplaced ?!

On top of this, I am still paying a hefty charge “Handset installment 15” of R712.17 every month on top of my normal phone charges ?? I was told I would only be paying this until November last year when my contract came to an end!?

This is absolutely ridiculous And needs to be sorted out URGENTLY. Not impressed.
