Headphones not dectecting after Sreen Rpairs

My phone was booked in with Vodacom, I waited 4 weeks to get my phone.I complained to the CRM and didn't get much assistance from her. My cell hone ended up at Parow Centre .Vodacom confused myself with another customer at Vodacom Parow. Eventually I had to call Vodacom Parow and make the manager aware of the matter .I had to do all the phoning and not getting any assistance from Vodacom.<br> What made it even worse is that the Repair Centre keeps on telling you they will follow up and get back to you but this doesn't happen. After 4 weeks I got my cell phone on Tuesday, today it's Thursday and I used my headphones for the first time only to find my headphones are now not being detected by the device. I suspect that this could be the technician's fault because I didn't have this problem at all before. I am not sure how Vodacom does their Quality checks but the device shouldn't be booked out if everything weren't checked. I had to book my cell phone in again this morning . I paid R1900 for my screen repair only to find there's a new problem due to Vodacom's poor service. I escalated to the CRM AGAIN!!! I hope I won't have to pay again. Hopefully I get service \THIS\" time."
