Having no controll over your Vodacom accounty

I view my vodacom account as it was soft lock I saw a bill of R480 for contigency on my bill. when I phone Vodacom they said I have subscribe to the following sites ***yd, Bluelima and Quixly I said I have not and do not know the sites. they immediately cancell the sites and stated I will be liable for the R480. I said I will not they must proof to me I have signed an subscription there answer was sorry you stay liable.<br> <br> The question is that I have no controll over my account any site can sent a cost request to Vodacom and they will add it and you will stay liable. Are they the alfa amd omega they can do what they want to the account where did I give them permission the add subscriptions to my billing account what can I do
