Haven't received response from old querry

Sent a report on the 7th of March and recieved a generic response someone will contact and still waiting. They said you can cancel upgrade within 14 days I still have the phone in my possession and they don't want to fetch it even after numerious calls and emails. For more information please refer to call logged last week 7 March. Service is pathetic to the core
