HAVE VODACOM LOST MY PHONE?

My cell phone was handed for repair on 30 October 2015. Four weeks have passed and the phone has not been returned. Every time I phone for news, I am given a run around. Latest news is that the phone was given to SONY by Vodacom on 18 November 2015 for repair. SONY say they have not received the phone.<br> Talking to call centres is merely frustrating - news coming from the call centres is unreliable, misleading and often false.<br>
