Have to beg to get your "double in a data" that Vodacom offer !!!!

Hi Whats new ???? Vodacom are totally useless. They advertise that you can they will double your data if you purchase data using the app. What they do not tell you is that there is a string of terms and conditions to get your double in a data. To be fair, Vodacom have credited the data after emailing and phoning many times. I purchased data on Wednesday and was given a long story again yesterday. I also have a data contract with Vodacom and they credited my data contract instead of the phone number that I bought the data with ? Go figure how Vodacom work !!!! They totally misrepresent their promotions and this has now been reported to the Advertising Standards Authority as Vodacom just entice their customers but do not deliver !!!!
