HAVE HAD ENOUGH

I currently have a Fibre contract with Vodacom, we are relocating to a farm which has no fibre, therefore I am needing to take out an LTE modem. On cancelling my fibre contract, I app**** for a LTE line. I was told I had been declined, I need to go to a store and verify my ID and Bank Account. And then call the lady back and she will help me to get my new LTE line, and get Vodacom to weaver the penalty as I was relocating and could not use the Fibre and was taking out the LTE, - her words That little exercise cost me time off of work (unpaid) to discover that the store could not actually help me, and I did not need to verify anything. While at the store I tried to call the lady 3 times, she did not answer. Not one of her colleague's were able to help us. The gentle man in the store went further to find out why I had been declined, as no one could help me. It was because I apparently owed them R16.00, on 30 days. (for the last 20 years all my contracts have come off in means of a debit order, which means, this error lays at their accounts department) I paid R32.00 in the store straight away so I don't have this issue next month.

But now, the fun news, is, I have been told due to the R16.00 (which was Vodacom Accounts Department error) I have to wait 60 days before I can apply for a new contract with them.

I have tried to call the accounts department a numerous times, and all I get is a Tobi, the robot who I can not speak to nor can give me the answers I am needing. There is never a manager around to speak to, all you get this people who don't know what they are doing, they tell you to do this, and you can get that, but at the end of the day it is all lies.

I am so over being treated like an idiot and been made a fool of
