Hauwei package

I changed to a vodacom contract with a Huawei P10 plus and a Huawei P8 included. The confirmation went through this morning and I was told to go to the branch to collect the phone. After waiting 20 minutes at the branch the very helpful saleslady informed us that the manager had taken the phone to another branch for a "stock transfer" which shows they obviously did not look at their pending sales. After phoning the manager we were told to go and fetch the phone from the branch the phone was taken to which caused us great inconvenience as the branches are far away from each other. The manager's attitude at this branch sucks! This definitely showed they do not go with their slogan of "power to you".
