Hating vodacom with passion

If vodacom was human I would say I hate this network with passion, I started experiencing problems with vodacom when I tried to cancel my contract a year ago, on first occasion I spoke to a guy by the name of mthunzi, he said he will send proof of cancelation, nothing was sent, I conta Ted vodacom continuously and nothing happened until they decided to lock my phone, remember this still deducting money bt no1 is able to assist me regarding their so called admi block, their ***** department isn't answering their calls, until the 7th day when I got them, fone was unlocked, 3 weeks ago I had another contract that had came to an end and wished not to continue with it, pick up my fone calls vodacom ***, boom rings once, fone back on admin block, calls vodacom again, given a land-line number, told that they have nothing to do with vodacom as they r netcash, no1 knows the ***** department this time, one gives me 082 and the other 011, since was calling several times other said they dnt know 082 number, other say they r unable to contact me with that department until they guy by the name of Katlego from cancelation department decided to help, I held on the fone for over 20 minutes but atleast the guy helped me. 2 days after I decided to call again to cancel the same contract again fone blocked and still 3 hours before u get an assist. If vodacom suspect that someone was trying to commit ***** using my number why can't they call me back either on the same number or alternate number, as when we take contracts we give alternate number, this ****a ran like business knows nothing about caring for their clients. I hate it with passion and I have one last contract with them, once it ends m done with them.
