hating vodacom with passion

i bought a contract phone years back, didnt even use their numbers for atleast a month, and i was told that the number is now used for business, i was told am being blacklisted i called *** to arrange payments with them, the last payment i made was R145.00 on the 3rd of December 2015, i even called and asked about my account the lady i spoke to said i have finished paying vodacom i dont owe them anything anymore, to my suprise today i received a message from vmm debt collectors telling me that my account has been handed over to them that i owe them R3300. when i call the *** number they tell me that yes i owe that amount but on the 3rd i made the last payment, i hate vodacom with all my heart, clearly some people are not doing their job and it affects me, i would like to get full clarity on this matter other than that i know i dont owe them anything, i wont encourage people to make business with vodacom , they dont care about their customers feelings and they service is extremely poor, they are busy telling me different stories of this stupid account !!! <br> Angry Nicole
