Hate Vodacom With A Passion

I absolutely hate vodacome... A few years back we took out a phone contract with vodacom... When the contract had come to a end and I asked to cancel they told me to take a data plan on a month to month bases so that if I want another phone I can get it.... So I have been on the day at plan Flexi 65 but I was not happy so I called in to cancel and I was told that if I cancel I would have to settle the account I was so angry because I was not aware that I was on a new contract I was under the impression I was on a data plan monthly and I could cancel at anytime anyway I kept the data plan because the contract would end in February and I did not have the money to settle... Now 2 month ago I received a email to say that because of the ever changing prices vodacom is going to change my data plan from 65 to 70 and I would pay 70 rand a month so I was upset and now when I called in to find out why I find out that it's a whole new contract that ends in march 2024... Now if I try to cancel my settlements amount would be more that If I had cancel earlier before they changed my data plan... Vodacome should not allowed to put people on new contract with them signing off and there should not be a settlement about for data because it's monthlu its not a device... I would never recommend vodacom and I would never use them again... I would rather sit without a device and airtime that trust this company
