Hate Vodacom!!!!!!!
I've had the ultimate worse experience with Vodacom. I've always bragged about them. Thought they the best until the nightmare started. I've lost my signal bars 1 month ago and I've been calling them countless times and still no progress. They can't even tell me what's happening with the my account. Always logging request but nothing is happening. Rude people working for them. The other day a consultant switched the phone off in my ear. They debit my account every month, greedy for my hard earned money and can't fix my signal issue. Inconveniencing a customer. UNPROFESSIONAL. I just want to cancel my contract. Always been with Vodacom but now I want to change. They are useless!!!!!!!
How will it look in the newspaper if something was to happen and I have to make a call but I can't make nor receive calls. No SMS's as well. Bad publicity.
