Hate the Greenstone shop next to Mugg n Bean - shocking service and attitude

My mom received a used Iphone from my brother in the US, of course when I tried to set it up for her it was locked. So I called Vodacom and they told me to take it to the shop next to Mugg n Bean in Greenstone. This was not the first time I had been in this specific shop and each time it was the same story - WOW disgusting! NEVER again, the staff saunter around like WE the customers have ALLLLL day. You get a ticket # (after having explained what I needed to do, the lady nodded and gave me a ticket) and you wait, and you wait, while they are slow to a stop, we sat there for 2 hours, while staff walked back and forth past us dragging their heals, going out for breaks while the shop was packed. A guy arrived after 09h30 and walked around chatting to the other staff, laughing, having a great day, while my 78 year old mom who has terrible arthritis sat on and uncomfortable seat with no back and could hardly get out of it when we were finally called 2 hours later! ONLY to be told oh no, for this you have to go to Customer Care in Eastgate shopping center - well I lost it! Why did the lady giving the ticket not tell me it couldn't be done there, before I wasted 2 hours of my weekend time and my poor elderly mom was in agony! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE! Shocking, shocking, shocking. How do you run a business like this Vodacom??????
