Has the PTP policy changed
Annoyed is not the word to describe the frustration at having various devices switched off. I have made many Promise to Pays in the past few months due to the fact that I am self-employed.This arrangement was perfect, made the commitment and stuck to the arrangement. No problems. Yesterday made a similar arrangement and the one cellphone had a Suspended message. This was unlocked by the consultant yesterday evening

Today first the one cellphone on the package got suspended then my phone got suspended. Payment was made from a Nedbank Account about 11.00am. The consultant wanted me to fax through proof because there was nothing wrong with the Nedbank payments according to her.

I asked was the PTP system changed,. But was advised NO. Never before have I been so inconvenienced by Vodacom. The overdue payment will reflect by tomorrow, Saturday and I will wait till then as I always received an SMS on payment so there must be some problems on your side. Reference I***4

I need my bills for the devices linked to separate accounts because I don't mind being without a cellphone, grew up in that era. My daughters live in Stellenbosch so they need connectivity at all costs.
