Harrasssed for an account no one can find.

I am constantly harassed by so called lawyers claiming I owe them for my Vodacom account. I have no account with Vodacom and have spoken to their legal department who confirmed this. It’s very frustrating receiving these calls and messages;

Dear …, Your Vodacom acc has been handed over to TSL Legal. Call *** to make a payment arrangement. ***

It’s a shame that Vodacom has made no effort to resolve this despite my constant requests at branch level and at their legal department.
