Harrasment over faulty billings admitted by Vodacm
I have taken time to properly address this matter last week and spent 40 minutes on the phone with a very helpful call centre agent, I have compiled a conclusion. Firstly I have requested the voice recording of my conversation with the call centre agent because it shows just how flawed your system is, and how it allows for issues like this to persist due to no communication with your clients or between your departments.
After the entire phone call, the call centre agent profusely apologized for not being able to assist due to no cross communication possibility between Vodacom departments. He further appealed to me that the only way I can even consider getting any chance of resolving my matter I need to respond to the e-mail where I last got any response (as it is the only place I have any chance of contact, the words of the call centre agent) because Vodacom customer care has no means to communicate with the fibre division, they also have no contact details for me to pursue, they strongly apologized because there was NO way for them to assist me with my query, or give me any direction in resolving the matter.
Based on past communications, e-mail and telephonic calls, I was informed that the matter was closed. The amounts that are now being brought up now change from debt collector to account department to your emails. Despite the past individuals dealing with my matter admitting fault.
I am getting no response from past mails other than an automated "Your Siebel Related email Query / Service Request / Service Call cannot be processed as the SR has been closed."
I am formally requesting a settlement letter of my account, as well as proof of instruction to your debt collectors to seize further actions. This is non negotiable, because every time I am assured by a vodacom representative that my account credit, cancellation and closure has been concluded, I am contacted and threatened by another debt collector. What is worse is that the debt collector refuse to provide any information other than your default customer care line.
As you ignore your clients through official channels, and your call centre agents are clearly unable to assist me I am AGAIN forced to reach out on a social platform.
