I had a contract with Vodacom

A few months i decided to pay it off and asked Vodacom to close it

They gave me a settlement figure, i paid it and believed it was settled

I then realised that They continued debiting my account, the contract was for R899 a month but after closing account they were debiting R139

I kept reversing the debits cause the contract was closed

They kept sending collection mails of which i responded to for understanding what they were trying to collect for, but they never explained

Today i got a call from a company that said they are representing Vodacom with regards to my account, but we couldn't continue because they are requesting me to confirm personal details and i do not remember giving them my contact details in the first place.

We ended the call and then they informed me to go to nearest Vodacom store and is unfortunate that i will never have petrol to do such

I requested Vodacom for settlement quote, was given a figure. i paid. What more do you want from me?
