Harassment over an amount I DO NOT OWE.

I keep getting calls and messages advicing me my account was handed over to the legal department for an outstanding amount of under R300. This is ridiculous and highly impossible, all my statements show I pay every month before its due. No one is able to assist as to how they accumulated that amount.
