Harassment from VODACOM & MBD INC

Vodacom and their collection agent MBD INC are useless. I have been a contract customer on monthly debit order with vodacom for over 20 years. I have never ever had a single debit order fail. EVER! Recently I have been receiving a barrage of text messages for failure to uphold payment commitment. Every single time I phone MBD INC and they give me a name of someone different and completely unknown to me. Every single time they tell me they are deleting my number from their database. The very next day I get another text message with another reference number for another person unknown to me. I have emailed both MBD INC and Vodacom numerous times. Phoned numerous times. SIMPLY IGNORED. TODAY I phoned MBD INC again. Apparently they deleted my number, again. Vodacom kept me on hold for over 10 mins, then put me through to their "rate our service" without even talking to any HUMAN BEING. Unacceptable. 1 more text =no more client. Enough is enough.
