Harassment

More than 10 years ago we took a contract with vodacom and went behind on payment but made arrangements and paid it off. It’s 2020 and we haven’t been receiving statements for years and we were still paying till few months back when we started inquiring and requesting a statement , when we request for one at Vodacom it’s not available as the account no longer exists. Their associates raff & associates have been harassing us for the past few months since we emailed them stating we won’t be paying as the account has long been finished. I’m livid as they are harassing my 84 year old granny giving her stress . This is honestly wrong and we looking to seek legal action!!!
