Harassment by Vodacom

Good day I keep receiving Sms's from Vodacom telling me I have an outstanding amount that I need to pay for the contract that was closed and canceled 2-3 years ago. I responded to their email they sent earlier last month but no one responded.

I feel harassed by Vodacom because no one is able to tell me what is the outstanding amount for.
