Harassment

I have been a loyal customer to Vodacom for over 12 years but I have simply had it with their constant weekly harassment from their call centres offering promotional deals when not only have I ticked the box on my contract stating that I do not want to be notified of their promotions and have made my intentions very clear over the phone countless times. I am really considering taking legal action very soon!!!
