For the past 2 months, Vodacom has been harassing me regarding my account being in arrears. I keep sending them proof of payment, spoke to several consultants and yet they continue to call me and message me saying my account is in arrears and threatening to disconnect my service. The first month this happened, I spoke to about 6 or 7 people and sent 11 emails with my proof of payment. They eventually left me alone and reconnected my line. This month, I started receiving calls again, which I ignored and just emailed them my proof of payment. This time I emailed it 31 times, I sent it to the proof of payment email address they gave me as well as to a consultant who gave me her direct email address. I received read receipts, but absolutely no response and they still sending me sms's and calling about my account being in arrears and threatening to disconnect my line again. I have been a loyal, paying customer for more than 10 years and this is the treatment I am now getting. Also, why do these companies not understand that a lot of people cannot take personal/private calls at work, which is why I send emails. This way, I have the response in writing for my personal records!!!
