Harassment

Iv phoned Vodacom numerous times about this issue but there is a different story every time!

I used to have a contract with Vodacom, taken out by my father many many years ago and have been a loyal customer for all these years. My father has canceled my contract now and put me onto pay as you go but my brother is still on contract till it ends. My father has had a tough year and has been struggling to pay but Vodacom seems to phone me sometimes up to 8 times a day, 11pm at night I get calls on occasions! I have phoned, I have had my dad phone, iv had my dad go into Vodacom, iv phoned again, iv had it with Vodacom! Must I seek legal action of harassment against them? I will go to the police and open a case if need be because iv had enough! I have nothing to do with the contract and I am on pay as you go so why must I be harassed?

Vodacom is shocking with customer service and feedback! I phone in and the call gets dropped! I have Vodacom phone me asking me for my dad after the 3rd time that day and I tel the lady, this is not the correct person, she doesn't even say sorry, she drops the call imidiatly!

Vodacom is a disgusting company! So many years my dad has be a customer of Vodacom and not ever so much as a call to ask him if everything is ok and what he thinks or how can they better the company!
