HARASSMENT !!!!!!

November 2021, I walked into a Vodacom Shop and enquired about a contract, which I did not purchase. Ever since then until today - 25.08.2022, I have been HARASSED by attorneys and legal department for the so called "money" I owe Vodacom. I am being treated like a *****, having to get an affidavit confirming that I walked out of the shop that day with nothing, yet I am being harassed daily. This has been going on for 9 months now. I have made numerous phone calls to the specific shop, as well as visits to this shop trying to sort this out. If Vodacom cannot correct this in 9 months, I do not know how they will be able to clear my name handed over. Where do I report this???????? what else must I do???????? PLEASE, HELP!!!!!!!!!!
