HARASSING TACTICS

<p>Vodacom kept on accruing charges after my daughter cancelled her contract, even after Vodacom confirmed the cancellation in writing. Now their appointed attorneys, Burnard, Raaf & Associates are harassing/threatening my daughter for payment. We neatly explained to the attorneys why no payment is due but they merely add more charges and ignore us. A further payment was made which never should have happened. Vodacom must honour the cancellation and refund the overpayment made.</p>
