Harassing phone calls twice a day

For the love of all things holy... PLEASE PLEASE stop harassing me with 2 phone calls every single day asking me if I want to upgrade my data contract. I do not.

I have been so polite to the first dozen call Centre agents but have now had enough. I have asked that you please note on your system that I DO NOT want to upgrade and to PLEASE STOP calling me twice a day. But you persist. Twice every day. It’s harrassment and if it does not stop, I will cancel both Vodacom contracts in my name and more to a service provider who listens to customers and doesn’t harass them.

The Consumer Protection Act states that “Companies and suppliers are not permitted to continue any unsolicited direct marketing of goods and services, once consumers have opted out. “ I hereby opt out of your harassing upgrade phone calls. Just stop!
