Harassed by Call centre agent

On 12/10/2015 at 09:50 I was contacted and harassed by a call-center agent for 11 minutes. I was contacted because I am a loyal Vodacom client and offered a \wonderful"deal. No matter how many times I protested that I'm happy with my current contract the agent continued to sow doubts and second guess everything I say.<br> <br> No matter how great a deal is it is still extra cash that I have to pay. And I shouldn't be strong armed into any action I don't want to take. Vodacom is a company that wants to make money and should stop trying to con gullible individuals out of there hard-earned cash under the false pretense of trying to help them.<br> <br> I'm going to leave Vodacom just because of this call."""
