Happy Vodacom Customer.
I would like to commend Vodacom Insurance for their speedy resolution of my situation regarding my unsolicited cellphone insurance, after our back and forth based on this and bad reviews. I would also like to commend Xolisile Majaja who handled my complaints with an entended level of courtesy. Thank you so much for your assiststance. I am a happy Vodacom customer now as my insurance money has been reimbursed and my account is up to date now.
