Happy vodacom customer

I do not want to raise this as a complaint rather as a compliment as I am a happy Vodacom customer since 2008.

The only issue I have on Saturday 10/08 I took a samsung s10 plus a lost phone contract claim device and it has given me a few issues. I initially wanted an iPhone but the betterment price was just way too high. The sales consultant suggested Samsung S10 Plus. Vodacom did a software update but it didn't help. Vodacom has agreed to change the device through OBF however, I am not enjoying this phone and I would rather take normal samsung and not the plus. I have ended up resenting this phone. If Vodacom can help me with that regards.
